Using Songs to Teach English



The use of songs for teaching English is an excellent strategy. Songs provide to students valuable speaking, listening and language practice. CLASSIFICATION OF DIDACTIC RESOURCES

  • Human Resources: The main resources in a classroom are teacher and students, Without any of them, the teaching-learning process cannot take place. 
  • Traditional/Permanent Resources: Materials that teachers have in hand; they use them almost every day (borad, markers, books, pencils, notebooks, eraser, etc.). Also there are visual aids such as posters, charts, maps/diagrams, and flashcards.
